1. Search for your organization within the Name field below using either your FEIN/TIN number or your Organization Name. A list of matching FEIN/TIN and Organization Names will appear as a dropdown within the field which will filter as you add more search criteria.
2. Once you have selected your organization, click the tab button not the enter button. Also, to navigate between fields please use the tab button not the enter button.
